This policy applies to the user portal and tablet interface, including booking, course management, staff search, LINE login, email notifications, Google integrations, and related services.

• Account information: name or nickname, email address, phone number, LINE user ID, and other authentication information
• Booking information: preferred store, course, staff member, visit date and time, notes, booking history, and cancellation history
• Profile information: gender, date of birth, treatment history, survey responses, and coupon or discount usage
• Communication information: inquiries, support history, LINE messages, and email notification logs
• Technical information: access time, IP address, browser and device information, cookies, and operation logs
• External service information: tokens and synchronized data IDs required for Google Calendar/Drive and other integrations

3. How we use information

We use collected information to provide bookings and their changes or cancellations, show history, verify identity, prevent misuse, recommend stores, courses, and staff, apply discounts, send reminders and important notices, run integrations, improve services, analyze usage, respond to incidents, and protect rights under applicable law and our terms.

4. Sharing and outsourcing

We do not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases. We require appropriate security measures from recipients.

• Sharing with store operators or staff to fulfill a booking
• Using LINE Corporation for authentication and message delivery
• Outsourcing processing to Google LLC and other cloud providers
• Entrusting necessary information to providers of email, notifications, payments, and related services
• Disclosure required by law or necessary to protect life or property
• With the user’s consent

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve the user experience, manage sessions, analyze access, and prevent unauthorized access. Disabling cookies in your browser may make some service functions unavailable.

6. Retention

We retain personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of use or for the period required by law. Information that is no longer needed is securely deleted or anonymized without delay.
