1. Application

These Terms apply to all individuals and authorized users of the service. Guidelines and individual terms separately presented by us form part of these Terms; in case of conflict, the individual terms prevail.

2. Definitions

• User account: authorization to access the service after authentication such as LINE login
• Booking information: store, course, staff, date and time, customer notes, and other data needed to process a booking
• Integrated services: Google Calendar/Drive, LINE, email delivery, payments, and other external services we use

3. Account registration and management

• Users must register accurate and current information and manage their ID and password at their own responsibility.
• If misuse or information leakage is suspected, contact us immediately and follow our instructions.
• If false registration or unauthorized access is confirmed, we may suspend or delete the account.

4. Services provided

We provide access to store, course, and staff information; booking creation, changes, and cancellations; history; notifications; discount management; Google schedule synchronization; and the tablet interface. Features may be changed, added, or suspended without prior notice.

5. Environment and integrated services

Because the service depends on external APIs and platforms, features may be limited by changes or failures in those services. Users must also follow the terms and policies of each integrated service.

6. Booking and cancellation policy

• Users must review booking details and provide accurate information. Changes and cancellations follow each store’s policy.
• Bookings may be changed or cancelled due to store or staff circumstances, disasters, or system failures. We will notify users promptly when possible.
• No-shows and excessive reservation holding may result in account restrictions.

7. Fees and payment

Use of the service is generally free, but users are responsible for treatment, product, and option fees charged by each store. When online payment is used, users bear applicable fees and taxes and must follow the payment provider’s terms.

8. Prohibited conduct

Users must not engage in the following conduct.

• Violating law, public order, or encouraging criminal activity
• Providing false information, using another person’s identity, or fraudulently obtaining multiple accounts
• Reselling booking slots, unauthorized commercial use, or collecting information for competitor research
• Excessive load, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access to this service or integrated services
• Infringing the rights or interests of us, stores, users, or third parties

9. Intellectual property

Copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the service belong to us or the rightful owners. Users may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute content without our prior consent.

10. Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for contracts or treatment results between users and stores or staff.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by communication, device, or integrated-service failures.
• If we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user during the preceding 12 months; free use is excluded.

11. Changes and suspension

We may change, interrupt, or terminate all or part of the service without prior notice for maintenance, legal compliance, security, or improvement. Significant changes will be announced through in-app notices or similar means.

12. Personal information

We handle personal information according to the separate Privacy Policy. Use of the service is deemed consent to that Privacy Policy.

13. Notices and contact

We may send notices through in-app notifications, email, LINE messages, postings on the service, or another method we consider appropriate. A notice takes effect when sent.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute relating to the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over our head office as the court of first instance.

15. Changes to Terms and contact
